Amit Jindal comes with 20+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and tax and regulatory advisory. Amit is the Founding Partner of Felix Advisory. Amit has previously worked with Ernst & Young’s tax and regulatory team. He has assisted a number of multinational companies, Indian conglomerates, investors, and high-growth start-ups during their internal restructuring initiatives, outbound/inbound transactions, and joint ventures.
